and i'm living like there's no tomorrow.

Started the day well with a good breakfast. Yet, it did not end well =(

Forgetful me left my hp in the drawer and had to return to the lab to retrieve it, and missed the shuttle bus as a result. On the way to the mrt station, there was this lady who refused to give way despite me saying 'excuse me' on the escalator.

Bad bad day.

Yet, i did learn something from my carelessness.

Sometimes, little things and actions will reveal a person's character. Lets just say i was kind of disappointed with the reaction i got. Maybe i expected a little more? Anyway, this incident made me more aware of what i should do, and how i should regard certain things.

Oh, the lunch was bad too. 1 chicken, 1 vegetable, 1 otah for the price of 4.80!
And its not like the food was FANTASTIC.

Gosh, i totally regret going there. I'm not going there again. Its a waste of my money. I could have 2 meals with that price.

Sometimes, i really wonder whats wrong with us humans..

If the food was horrible but cheap, i would understand the crowd.
But, not-that-great and expensive?

You can call me stingy or whatever smart names you can think of,

But, to me, its PRACTICAL.

Just like how i'm going to let the salary determine if i'm going back to TLL after grad. That is, of course, if my boss decides to hire me.

Cause, sadly, in singapore,

NO MONEY = NO TALK.

I'm not born with a silver spoon in my mouth.

I'm in no position to waste my parents' money.

When people are out there worrying if they should go into university or whether their good grades are sufficient enough to make the mark,

here i am having to worry if i have the money to pay for the fees.

So, dun come and talk rubbish to me.


WELL,
I'm not complaining about being poor. In fact, i'm blessed with other things that cant be bought with money. I should say i have a good character, valuable friends and a complete family.

To me, thats sufficient.

I'm going to make it big one day.

Just wait and see.
